If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the date it was received for either a full refund or store credit . Before sending back, send an email to biuro@kopi.com to receive the return slip to be included in the package. Remember that the product must be intact, cannot be worn and carry signs of use. Returned goods are sent at their own cost along with the completed return form. The original shipping charges are non-refundable but the return of funds will be include a low cost of shipping. Custom, made to orders pieces are non-refundable.
