You can return the purchased product without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. Just send an email to: biuro@kopi.com.pl Informing about the return of the product. Returned goods are sent at your own expense ( in the current situation related to the epidemic we recommend sending by courier) together with the completed form about withdrawal from the contract.
